These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online store operated by FITLEUR LIMITED (“FITLEUR”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a fashion & fitness lifestyle brand that designs, manufactures and retails activewear, athleisure and sportswear. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from our store, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Use of the Service

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including the FITLEUR name, logo, product designs, text and images — is the property of FITLEUR LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FITLEUR LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
